6A-7.0335

Regional Centers for Implementing Services to Individuals with Autism, Pervasive Developmental Disorders, Autistic-like Disabilities, Dual Sensory Impairments, or Sensory Impairment with Other Disabling Conditions

PURPOSE:

To align Rule with section 1004.55, F.S., and remove unnecessary language. The effect will provide clarity regarding regional center requirements.

SUMMARY:

Update Regional Centers for Implementing Services to Individuals with Autism, Pervasive Developmental Disorders, Autistic-like Disabilities, Dual Sensory Impairments, or Sensory Impairment with Other Disabling Conditions requirements.
