Sliding Fee Scale

PURPOSE:

To adopt the current Health and Human Services Poverty Guidelines for the 48 Contiguous States and the District of Columbia (Poverty Guidelines).

SUMMARY:

The rule adopts the current Health and Human Services Poverty Guidelines for the 48 Contiguous States and the District of Columbia (Poverty Guidelines) used to establish the fee scale for family planning services.
