Overview



	The Department of Management Services, Division of Telecommunications announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	Tuesday, April 24, 2018, 10:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. Eastern Time

PLACE:	APCO Florida Conference (1850 Hotel Plaza Blvd, Orlando)

Subject:	The Region 9, Regional Planning Committee (RPC) for the State of Florida will hold its annual meetings and are open to all interested parties. All 700/800 MHz public safety licensees in Florida are encouraged to attend. The Region 9, 700MHz meeting will start at 10:00 a.m. and the Region 9, 800MHz meeting will start immediately after the adjournment of the 700 MHz meeting. The final agenda will be provided at the meetings, and will consist of general agenda items, By-Laws and amendments to the regional plans, FCC and NRPC updates, a general status report from the State of Florida, updates on delegation of other Planning Authority, and review of officers and open positions.
