PURPOSE:

The purpose of this rulemaking is to incorporate the amended Environmental Resource Permit Applicant’s Handbook Volume II by reference.  The amendments to Volume II of the Handbook were necessary to provide minor corrections in citations and wording and to clarify certain provisions.
