Subject:	Quarterly meeting of the Everglades Technical Oversight Committee (TOC). Updates on water quality conditions in the Loxahatchee National Wildlife Refuge and at inflows to Everglades National Park relative to the 1991 Settlement Agreement, entered as a Consent Decree in 1992, and modified in 1995.
