RULE:

PURPOSE:

The Districts seek to merge the Mediterra North Development District and the Mediterra South Community Development District consisting of 1,675 acres.

SUMMARY:

The Petition filed with the Commission proposes the merger of the Mediterra North Community Development District consisting of 521 acres into and with the Mediterra South Community Development District 1,154 acres within Lee and Collier Counties, Florida.
