RULE:

65C-42.002

Postsecondary Education Services and Support

PURPOSE:

The Department intends to update form CF-FSP 5382, PESS and ETV Initial, Renewal and Reinstatement Application, and add clarifying language regarding documentation requirements in rule 65C-42.002, F.A.C.

SUMMARY:

The form will be updated to clarify the PESS requirements and to include information regarding ETV funding.  Documentation, including eligibility determination and description of types of services and support provided to the young adult, will be required to be maintained in the Florida Safe Families Network.
