Overview



	The Florida Department of Transportation, District 2 announces a hearing to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	Monday, April 30, 2018, 4:30 pm Open House; 6:30 pm Formal Presentation

PLACE:	Highpoint Community Church, 84 Knight Boxx Road, Orange Park, Florida 32065

Subject:	The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) invites you to attend the Public Hearing for the proposed improvements to CR 220 from Shamrock Drive to Knight Boxx Road, Financial Management Number 430719-2-22-01 in Clay County, Florida. The hearing will begin at 4:30pm to give you an opportunity to review the exhibits and talk one-on-one with FDOT staff. A formal presentation will take place at 6:30 pm followed by a public comment period. The FDOT is conducting a Project Development and Environment (PD&E) Study to evaluate alternatives to enhance safety and provide additional capacity to meet existing and future travel demand on CR 220. FDOT encourages you to get involved throughout the study by providing comments, concerns, questions and/or suggestions to the Study Team. Public participation is solicited without regard to race, color, national origin, age, sex, religion, disability, or family status. The environmental review, consultation, and other actions required by applicable federal environmental laws for this project are being, or have been, carried out by FDOT pursuant to 23 U.S.C. § 327 and a Memorandum of Understanding dated December 14, 2016, and executed by Federal Highway Administration and FDOT.
