PURPOSE:

Amending rule to add size 80 grapefruit and repealing language regarding Abnormal Conditions and Establishment of Different Sizes.  Updating Rulemaking Authority and Law Implemented Statutes.

SUMMARY:

Grapefruit minimum juice content.
