Subject:	This is a meeting of Policy Subcommittee of the Tobacco Advisory Council, an Advisory Council required by section 381.84 Florida Statutes. The council provides advice to the Department of Health relating to the Comprehensive Tobacco Education and Use Prevention Program. The council will be discussing the Constitutional Revision Commission proposal regarding electronic smoking devices.
