6D-6.020

Discrimination Complaint Procedures for Employment (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect of the proposed rule amendment are to repeal a rule as identified during a comprehensive rule review as duplicative, unnecessarily burdensome, or no longer necessary.

SUMMARY:

Repeal of Rule 6D-6020, F.A.C., identified during comprehensive rule review as duplicative, unnecessarily burdensome, or no longer necessary.  The rule proposed for repeal is either advisory in nature, repeats statutory provisions, duplicates requirements found in other rules of the agency, or is based on statutory authority that no longer exists.
