Overview



	The Child Abuse Death Review Circuit 4 Subcommittee-Clay/Nassau Counties announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	*UPDATE: The May 7, 2018 meeting scheduled from 9:00am-12:00pm, published on March 16, 2018 in Volume 44/53 has been rescheduled to July 23, 2018 from 9:00am-12:00pm.

PLACE:	UF 1st Coast Child Protection Team/Child Advocacy Center 4539 Beach Blvd, Bldg. 4100 Jacksonville, FL 32207

Subject:	The Committee will address administrative issues, review cases, and discuss the CADR Action Plan. A portion of the meeting is required by Section 383.412(3) (a), F.S. to be closed to the public to allow the Committee to discuss information that is confidential and exempt from public meetings and public records. This portion of the meeting will be announced at the meeting.
