Subject:	Healthcare leaders and Florida Heath Information Exchanges sharing real world experiences and implementing solutions for data exchange. Panel discussions will focus on HIE both statewide and nationally, with speakers from across the health care community, including ACOs, health plans, hospitals, and providers.
