	The CITY OF PEMBROKE PINES announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	Wednesday, June 6, 2018, 6:30 p.m.

PLACE:	City of Pembroke Pines City Hall, Commission Chambers, 601 City Center Way, Pembroke Pines, Florida 33025

Subject:	The City of Pembroke Pines gives notice of first reading of a proposed ordinance amending Chapter 121, “Communications Rights-of-Way” of the City of Pembroke Pines Code of Ordinances. The proposed ordinance amends the definitions related to communications facilities located in the rights-of-way, and enacting a new Section 121.35, “Small and Micro Wireless Facilities” to provide for the regulation of small and micro wireless facilities installed and maintained within public rights-of-way within the City of Pembroke Pines.
