PURPOSE:

The Board proposes the rule amendment for necessary changes based on the enactment of Chapter 2018-13, Laws of Florida (HB 21).

SUMMARY:

Based on the enactment of Chapter 2018-13, Laws of Florida (HB 21), necessary changes will be made to the rule.
