Employee Leasing Companies Departmental Forms

PURPOSE:

To amend Rule 61-35.013, F.A.C, to adopt new and existing forms relating to application for licensure of employee leasing companies.

SUMMARY:

The proposed rulemaking amends Rule 61-35.013, F.A.C., in order to adopt new and existing forms relating to application for licensure of employee leasing companies.
