64B-9.003	Military Spouse Temporary License
64B-9.005	Active Duty Military, Spouse of Active Duty Military or Veteran Licensure

PURPOSE:

To amend rules to provide allowances and fee waivers for certain military members, veterans and their spouses, to grant a fee waiver for dentists, to update application forms accordingly, and to remove the supervision requirement for dentists as set forth in recently enacted legislation.
