Remove adoptions of forms DP-ELE and DP-EXT from rule, to be adopted by reference in proper rules; amend language regarding HB/CS 495; amend language and forms regarding SB 7026; amend form DP-11 to include section for applicant’s email; remove repealed rule citations; any other necessary changes.
