RULE:

69O-125.003

Unfair Discrimination Because of Travel Plans

PURPOSE:

This rule is being amended to remove the requirement that insurers report the refusal or limitation of annuity contracts based on the applicant’s past or future lawful foreign travel.

SUMMARY:

Insurers are required to report the refusal or limitation of life insurance policies based on the applicant’s past or future lawful foreign travel. The amendment removes a reference to annuity contracts.
