PURPOSE:

The Department intends to amend rules 65C-20.008, .012, and .014, F.A.C., to update forms and other materials incorporated by reference; and require licensed family day care homes and large family child care homes to submit to the Department copies of inspection reports conducted by the Department of Defense.
