PURPOSE:

This notice of rule development supplements for the purpose of clarification the rule development published on July 13, 2018, in Vol. 44, No. 136, of the FAR.

The Department intends to amend rules 65C-.22.001 and .008-.010, F.A.C., to update forms and other materials incorporated by reference; and require family day care homes and large family child care homes that choose to participate in the Gold Seal program and are located on a military base to submit to the Department copies of inspection reports conducted by the Department of Defense.
