Overview

RULE:

65C-35.014

Training on Psychotropic Medication

PURPOSE:

The Department intends to amend Rule 65C-35.014, F.A.C., to correct an internal inconsistency in the rule.

SUMMARY:

Caregivers responsible for administering psychotropic medication must be trained on medication management and administration within 30 calendar days of the child’s placement into the caregiver’s home.
