	The Department of Management Services announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	Tuesday, August 21, 2018 at 10:30 AM ET

PLACE:	4050 Esplanade Way, Conference Room 380K, Tallahassee, Florida 32399-0950

Subject:	In accordance with section 120.525, Florida Statutes, a public meeting is hereby noticed for the following Invitation to Bid (ITB) Number: DMS 17/18-013 for Transportation of Vehicles and Equipment. The meeting is a Non-Mandatory Public Bid Opening for interested vendors. The Department reserves the right to issue amendments, addenda, and changes to the timeline and specifically to the meeting notice listed above. The Department will post notice of any changes or additional meetings within the Vendor Bid System (VBS) in accordance with section 287.042(3), Florida Statutes, and will not re-advertise notice in the Florida Administrative Register (FAR).
