PURPOSE:

When this division transferred from the Florida Department of Education to the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, it was understood that rules will need to be developed for each program under the division’s authority. This chapter serves to provide rules that coincide with current practice in the administration and operation of the Summer Food Service Program.
