PURPOSE:

The proposed rule amendment is intended to set forth an additional violation which is appropriate for the issuance of a citation.

SUMMARY:

The proposed rule amendment sets forth a first and second time citation for the failure of the designated physician of a pain management clinic to notify the Board within 10 days of terminating his or her employment with the pain management clinic; or the failure of any physician practicing in a pain management clinic to notify the Board of his or her beginning or ending practice at a pain management clinic.
