PURPOSE:

These rules were identified for repeal after the Department conducted a review of its existing rules to reduce the number of rules that were unnecessary or duplicative.

SUMMARY:

These rules are being repealed since they are duplicative of the correspondingly-numbered rules in Rule Chapter 69O-156, F.A.C., which are administered by the Office of Insurance Regulation.
