PURPOSE:

The Agency proposes to repeal Rules 59B-13.002; .003; .004; .005; and .006, F.A.C., related to health plan indicator data and reporting requirements.  Language needed from these rules has been consolidated into a single rule within Rule Chapter 59B-13 making these rules unnecessary.
