Pain Management Clinic Registration Requirements; Exemption Certificates; Inspection and Registration Fees

PURPOSE:

To amend the rule to provide a form for clinics claiming an exemption from the pain management clinic registration requirement as required by recently enacted legislation.

SUMMARY:

This rulemaking provides a form for claiming an exemption from the pain management clinic registration requirements.
