Overview



	The Florida Department of Transportation and Forward Pinellas announces a workshop to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	Monday, October 22, 2018, 5:30 p.m., Presentation at 6:00 p.m.

PLACE:	Johns Hopkins All Children’s Education and Conference Center, 701 4th St. S., St. Petersburg, FL 33701, Complementary onsite parking is available. Street parking is metered by the City of St. Petersburg.

Subject:	The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) and Forward Pinellas are holding a Community Working Group Meeting in on Monday, October 22, 2018 at 5:30 p.m. at the Johns Hopkins All Children’s Education and Conference Center, 701 4th St. S., St. Petersburg, FL 33701. A presentation is scheduled for 6:00 p.m. At this Community Working Group meeting officials from the FDOT and Forward Pinellas will provide updates and information about proposed improvements to the I-275 Corridor, the Gateway Expressway and the Howard Frankland Bridge. Officials will also share information about local and regional transportation priorities, regional and local transit, proposed future intermodal centers and more. An open house will take place before and after the presentation which will include information on related transportation topics and projects. Public participation is solicited without regard to race, color, national origin, age, sex, religion, disability or family status. The environmental review, consultation, and other actions required by applicable federal environmental laws for this project are being, or have been, carried out by the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) pursuant to 23 U.S.C. §327 and a Memorandum of Understanding dated December 14, 2016 and executed by the Federal Highway Administration and FDOT.
