	The Postsecondary Reciprocal Distance Education Coordinating Council announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	October 30, 2018 beginning at 10:00 a.m.

Subject:	The Postsecondary Reciprocal Distance Education Coordinating Council (PRDECC) will conduct a review of applications to participate in the Florida State Authorization Reciprocity Agreement (FL-SARA), receive an update related to Bethune-Cookman University, and conduct the regular business of the Council in accordance with the Council’s agenda. PUBLIC COMMENT: The Council is committed to promoting transparency and public input during the public meetings. Speakers are requested to complete a public comment form, which will be available at the meeting and to indicate whether they represent a group or faction. The Council will hear public comment only regarding issues on the agenda. Individuals and representatives of groups will generally be allotted three minutes, but the time may be extended or shortened at the discretion of the Chair. The Chair may impose a cumulative time limit for all public comment on any agenda item.
