Subject:	The Negotiation Team will recommend contract award for Invitation to Negotiate, ITN 18-2, Mid or SMID Cap Equity Portfolio Investment Management Services for the Stanley G. Tate Florida Prepaid College Program and the Florida 529 Savings Plan.
