PURPOSE:

The purpose of this rulemaking is to amend incorporated department forms and to provide guidance to applicants seeking a military fee waiver in compliance with 2018 legislative changes and the Florida Telemarketing Act.

SUBJECT:

Updated registration applications and rule related to military waiver of initial and renewal registration fee for certain individuals.
