PURPOSE:

The purpose of this rulemaking is to amend a form incorporated by reference, update form references, and to provide guidance to applicants seeking a military fee waiver in compliance with 2018 legislative changes and the Florida Sellers of Travel Act.

SUBJECT:

Updated FDACS-10200, Sellers of Travel Registration Application and military waiver of initial and renewal registration fee for certain individuals.
