20-3.007

Post-Estimate Price Report

PURPOSE:

Amending rule to remove Temples as an orange variety in the language of varieties of raw citrus fruit to be reported for the Post Estimate Price Report under oranges.  This amendment will bring the rule into compliance with rule 20-13.010.

SUBJECT:

Removing the Temple variety now classified as a tangerine/mandarin from any rules that still include it with oranges.
