RULE:

20-13.004

Classification of Newly Developed Varieties and Hybrids

PURPOSE:

Amending rule to remove Temples as an orange variety in rule language ‘five major classes of citrus fruits as follows: “Other citrus varieties which may be given a separate identity, such as Temple.”’ This amendment will bring the rule into compliance with rule 20-13.010.

SUMMARY:

Removing the Temple variety now classified as a tangerine/mandarin from any rules that still include Temples with oranges.
