Intrastate Shipments

PURPOSE:

Amending rule to remove Temples as an orange variety. Size: “Oranges, including Temples – size 163”

SUMMARY:

Removing the Temple variety now classified as a tangerine/mandarin from any rules that still include Temples with oranges.
