PURPOSE:

Update to incorporate by reference the pertinent provisions of the 6th Edition of the Florida Building Code (2017), as adopted in rule 61G20-1.001, effective December 31, 2017. Update Internet links, terms, criteria; clarify language for consistency and readability. Update referenced standards and forms incorporated by reference and remove rule text that has been moved into forms. Update references to applicable definitions.

SUBJECT:

Public swimming pool and bathing place safety and sanitation standards set by the Division of Disease Control and Health Protection, Bureau of Environmental Health.
