	The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT), District One announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	Thursday, December 6, 2018, from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. (open house format)

PLACE:	North Collier Regional Park (Exhibit Hall), 15000 Livingston Road, Naples, Florida 34109

Subject:	Financial Project ID Number: 435368-1-22-01 The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT), District One, is holding a public information meeting to discuss the Immokalee Road (CR 846) at Randall Boulevard Intersection Project Development and Environment (PD&E) Study, in Collier County. The meeting is from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, December 6, 2018 at the North Collier Regional Park (Exhibit Hall), 15000 Livingston Road, Naples, FL 34109. FDOT will hold this meeting to give interested persons the opportunity to view plans and project materials depicting the improvements. The meeting will be an open house format where people can ask questions and provide comments to FDOT representatives in a one-on-one setting. Display boards and a continuous pre-recorded presentation will be available for viewing throughout the evening. The purpose of the study is to enhance overall traffic operations and safety conditions to serve future travel demand while minimizing impacts to the surrounding environment. The PD&E study process involves the development of intersection improvements, a comparative evaluation of the social and environmental effects, and the overall cost of each option. This meeting offers people the opportunity to express their views about the location; conceptual design; and social, economic, and environmental effects of the proposed improvements. The environmental review, consultation, and other actions required by applicable federal environmental laws for this project are being, or have been, carried out by FDOT pursuant to 23 U.S.C. §327 and a Memorandum of Understanding dated December 14, 2016 and executed by the Federal Highway Administration and FDOT. FDOT solicits public participation without regard to race, color, national origin, age, sex, religion, disability, or family status.
