	The DEPARTMENT OF ECONOMIC OPPORTUNITY (DEO) announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

Subject:	THIS NOTICE SUPERCEDES THE PREVIOUS NOTICE POSTED BY DEO In accordance with section 120.525 Florida Statutes, public meetings for Invitation to Negotiate 19-ITN-001-TH for Oversight Monitoring services are hereby noticed. DEO’s Invitation to Negotiate seeks a prospective contractor to perform quality assurance/quality control services and programmatic and fiscal monitoring services for the CDBG-DR program. These services will include quality assurance/quality control services and programmatic and fiscal monitoring services related to funding arising from Hurricane Irma and may be expanded to include similar programs yet to be determined, which would be a result of past or future disasters or federally funded initiatives including, but not limited to those related to, Hurricanes Hermine, Mathew, and Michael. The Department reserves the right to issue amendments, addenda, and changes to this timeline and specifically to the meeting notices listed above. Notice of any change will be posted within the Vendor Bid System (VBS) in accordance with Section 287.042(3), Florida Statutes, and will not be re-advertised in the Florida Administrative Register (F.A.R.).
