PURPOSE:

The proposed rule amendments are intended to modify, clarify and update the language as needed.

Rule 69K-17.002, F.A.C.-The proposed rule amendment is intended to modify, clarify and update language regarding application fees; licensure by endorsement for embalmers and funeral directors. Rule 69K-17.0030, F.A.C.-The proposed rule amendment is intended to modify, clarify and update language regarding direct disposer/establishment; fees.
