Overview

RULE:

68A-16.001	Migratory Birds; Adoption of Federal Statutes and Regulations
68A-16.002	Bald Eagle (Haliaeetus leucocephalus)
68A-16.003	Non-Listed Migratory Birds, Nests, and Eggs

PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect of the proposed rules is to establish or revise rule provisions, during calendar year 2019 associated with migratory birds, the bald eagle, and non-listed inactive migratory bird nests.

SUBJECT:

Subject areas covered in the proposed rules include adoption of federal statutes and regulations regarding migratory birds, conservation of bald eagles, and take of non-listed inactive migratory bird nests.
