Overview



	The Florida Housing Finance Corporation announces a workshop to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	January 25, 2019, 10:00 a.m. (ET)

PLACE:	The workshop will be available by telephone or interested parties may attend in person at Florida Housing’s offices located at 227 N. Bronough Street, Seltzer Room, Suite 6000, Tallahassee, Florida

Subject:	This will be a continuation of the workshop for Request for Applications (RFA) 2019-101 "Community Development Block Grant-Disaster Recovery (CDBD-DR) in Monroe County" that was held on November 2, 2018. Prior to this workshop, a draft of the RFA and the workshop agenda will be made available. In these documents, Florida Housing will outline the details of who can apply for the RFA, the funding available, and the application selection process. Florida Housing expects to issue the RFA in February of 2019, with Applications due in March 2019. The agenda for the workshop, draft of the RFA, and call-in information will be posted on page https://www.floridahousing.org/programs/developers-multifamily-programs/competitive/2019/2019-101 prior to the workshop. A Listserv will be issued when this information is available. There will be additional future detailed workshops scheduled for CDBG-DR funding available in other impacted areas of the state; however, this workshop will only address Monroe County.
