59E-2.024

Violation of Chapter 408 F.S. or Agency Rules

PURPOSE:

The Agency is proposing to amend this rule to update vague language.  The use of the phrase “include but not limited to” implies that there are actions that constitute a violation other than those enumerated within the list. The statement “but not limited to” will be removed.  As well, a statutory reference will be corrected.

SUBJECT:

Rule 59E-2.024(3)F.A.C., uses vague language. This will be addressed to clarify actions that constitute a violation.  Rule 59E-2.024(3)(e)F.A.C., has an incorrect statutory reference.
