RULE:

5C-28.001

Dogs and Cats - Intrastate Transfer of Ownership (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

The Department is initiating rulemaking to repeal Rule 5C-28.001, F.A.C. Rule 5C-27.001 now contains the intrastate transfer of ownership requirements for dogs and cats.

SUMMARY:

The requirements in Rule 5C-28.001, F.A.C. were adopted in Rule 5C-27.001, F.A.C.
