PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect of the proposed rule amendment will be to repeal this rule identified as no longer necessary.

SUMMARY:

Rule 61D-6.005 has been supplanted by Rules 61D-6.0051 and 61D-6.0052, F.A.C.
