5N-1.140

Security Officer, Recovery Agent and Private Investigative Intern School Curriculum; Examinations; Retention of Records

PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect of this rulemaking is to incorporate a revised Security Officer Training Curriculum Guide and have schools and/or instructors utilize this guide to create curriculums for their 40-hour security officer training courses.

SUMMARY:

The proposed rule incorporates a revised curriculum guide that includes updates to topics and content required to be covered during the 40-hour security officer training course.
