	The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission announces a workshop to which all persons are invited.

Subject:	Adopting a rule to establish criteria and guidelines for law enforcement to determine whether a vessel has an effective means of propulsion for safe navigation in accordance with paragraph 327.4107(2)(e), Florida Statutes.
