Statewide Provider Contract Monitoring Tool for the School Readiness Program

PURPOSE:

The purpose of the revised rule is to align the school readiness provider contract monitoring tool with the revised school readiness provider contract.

SUMMARY:

The proposed rule establishes the school readiness monitoring tool for the statewide provider contract.
