	The State Emergency Response Commission (SERC) for Hazardous Materials announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	April 7, 2006, 10:00 a.m.

PLACE:	Department of Environmental Protection, Carr Building, 3800 Commonwealth Boulevard, Room 170M, Tallahassee, Florida 32399.

Subject:	To discuss the requirements of the Emergency Planning and Community Right-To-Know Act, also known as Title III of the Superfund Amendments and Reauthorization Act of 1986.
