	The County of Hillsborough announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	Tuesday, April 16, 2019 5:30 p.m.to 7:30 p.m.

PLACE:	78th Street Community Library - 7625 Palm River Road, Tampa, Florida, 33619

Subject:	Hillsborough County will hold a public hearing for the Maydell Drive Bridge Replacement Project. The hearing will begin as an open house at 5:30 p.m. with a formal presentation at 6:30 p.m. followed by a public comment period. The meeting will be held on Tuesday, April 16, 2019 at the 78th Street Community Library located at 7625 Palm River Road, Tampa, Florida, 33619 from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. This PD&E study includes the reconstruction of the Maydell Drive Bridge over the Palm River in Hillsborough County. Hillsborough County will demolish the existing bridge and construct the new bridge along the same alignment. The purpose of this hearing is to afford the public the opportunity to express their views concerning the proposed bridge design. The hearing begins at 5:30 p.m. and follows with a formal presentation and public comment period until 7:30 p.m. People attending the hearing can review project displays and speak one-on-one with project team members. Written statements or exhibits submitted at the hearing, emailed, or mailed and postmarked by Friday, April 26, 2019 will become part of the official hearing transcript. The environmental review, consultation, and other actions required by applicable federal environmental laws for this project are being, or have been, carried out by Hillsborough County and the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) pursuant to 23 U.S.C. §327 and a Memorandum of Understanding dated December 14, 2016 and executed by the Federal Highway Administration and FDOT.
